Career History

Sir Vincent Fean KCVO has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya in succession to Mr Anthony Layden who will be retiring from the Diplomatic Service. Sir Vincent has taken up his appointment in May 2006.
